The first of many questions was "how are we going to get there?" We knew many things would have to change, and as a first step, we rigorously set in train a detailed evaluation of every element of our business. What followed clearly heralded the need for change in many of our operations areas and corporate activities.
Our response was to engage our entire workforce in a range of change activities aimed at developing a new culture capable of supporting our drive towards new ideals and the attainment of our future goals. This effort was guided by a new Mission Statement which emerged as a consequence of this initiative. Click the image to go there!
